Ty is the Founder and CEO of QuotaCatalyst, where he focuses on building scalable sales systems, shaping product direction, and developing high-performing teams. He spent 19 years at Apple including 8 as a top-performing full-cycle AE and 11 leading teams responsible for over $1B in revenue. Along the way, he created foundational initiatives that became templates across the org. Backed by an MBA and deep knowledge of sales methodologies including: Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage, Pinnacle, MEDDIC, Challenger, and Consultative Selling, Ty brings a rare blend of strategic insight and frontline credibility. He’s driven by curiosity, especially how data can uncover clarity, build confidence, and drive execution. His belief is simple: great sales starts with systems, not stars. Known for cutting through noise, turning feedback into action, and making others better, Ty leads with clarity and delivers with consistency.

She’s built and rebuilt sales orgs, developed training that sticks, and led performance turnarounds at fast-moving startups. Whether she’s coaching frontline reps or advising leadership, Jenny’s work makes sales more effective, more human, and more fulfilling. Driven by the belief that sales is an honorable profession and a life-changing skill, Jenny is on a mission to make it accessible, ethical, and empowering for anyone curious, courageous, and coachable enough to do it.
